Is Aerial Yoga Right for Me?

Aerial yoga is designed for every body and experience level. If you are new to movement or yoga, try our beginner friendly classes. You'll always have the option to keep your feet on the ground and stay upright—no pressure to invert.

Contraindications:

Aerial yoga may not be suitable for individuals with the following conditions unless cleared by a healthcare provider:
 

  • Glaucoma or recent eye surgery

  • High or uncontrolled blood pressure

  • Recent surgery (especially spine, shoulder, or hip)

  • Heart conditions

  • Pregnancy

  • Severe vertigo or inner ear conditions (may participate but avoid swinging and inversions)

  • Osteoporosis (medical clearance recommended)

  • Herniated discs or significant spinal conditions

  • Severe arthritis or joint instability

  • Recent concussion or head injury

  • Uncontrolled neurological conditions (e.g., seizure disorders)
